1. Who We Are

Brickfolio Private Limited is a real estate consulting firm dedicated to assisting homebuyers and investors in finding properties that meet their specific requirements. We operate Bricko, a WhatsApp-based AI-powered chatbot that assists users with real estate queries and appointment scheduling via the WhatsApp Business API.

Our registered RERA Agent Number is A52100018143, issued by MAHARERA (Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority).

For the purposes of this Policy, "you" or "user" refers to any individual who interacts with Bricko on WhatsApp.

2. MAHARERA Disclaimer & Non-Inducement

As per the MAHARERA Act policy, Brickfolio Private Limited clarifies that we do not engage in directly influencing or coercing our clients to make purchase decisions. Our role — including through the Bricko chatbot — is purely consultative. We offer suggestions and insights to help you make informed choices that align with your real estate goals.

Properties discussed or referenced through Bricko are provided for informational purposes only. We urge all users to exercise due diligence and verify the authenticity and compliance of any property before making any decisions. 3. Information We Collect

We are committed to data minimisation — we collect only what is strictly necessary for Bricko to function.

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

WhatsApp Phone Number: Automatically associated with your identity when you initiate a conversation with Bricko.
Messages & Queries: The text messages you send to Bricko during your conversation (property queries, support requests, etc.).
Appointment Details: When you use our WhatsApp Flow form to book a site visit, we collect only your preferred appointment date and preferred appointment time. No other personal data is captured through this form.
Feedback & Responses: Any information you provide through surveys or feedback shared with Bricko.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

Interaction Metadata: Timestamps of messages sent and received, as reported by the WhatsApp Business API.
Message Status: Delivery and read receipts as reported by the WhatsApp Business API.

        We do NOT collect through Bricko: your email address, physical address, financial information,
        government IDs, precise location data, or any sensitive personal data. The WhatsApp Flow form collects
        only appointment date and time.
      

4. WhatsApp Flow Forms

Bricko uses Meta WhatsApp Flows — an interactive, in-chat form feature provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you complete a WhatsApp Flow form within Bricko:

The form is rendered natively inside the WhatsApp application on your device.
We collect only the data fields you explicitly fill in: your preferred appointment date and appointment time.
Form submission is encrypted end-to-end between your device and our server, in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Flow encryption standards.
We do not access or store partial/incomplete form data. Only fully submitted responses are processed.
WhatsApp Flow data is processed in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Privacy Policy as well as this Policy.

Important: By completing and submitting a WhatsApp Flow form within Bricko, you expressly consent to Brickfolio Private Limited receiving and processing your selected appointment date and time for the purpose of scheduling your property site visit.

5. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide enables us to deliver, improve, and personalise the Bricko service. Specifically, we use your information to:

Core Service Respond to your real estate queries and provide relevant property information and guidance.
Appointment Scheduling Confirm, manage, and facilitate site-visit appointments using the date and time you provide through our WhatsApp Flow form.
Support Assist with follow-up queries related to previously submitted questions or appointments.
Service Improvement Analyse aggregated, anonymised interaction patterns to improve Bricko's capabilities. Individual messages are not used for AI model training.
Communications Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and relevant property updates via WhatsApp template messages .

We will never use your personal data for purposes other than those stated above without your prior explicit consent.

6. WhatsApp Template Messages

From time to time, Bricko may send you outbound messages using Meta-approved WhatsApp Business Message Templates. These are pre-approved message formats used for:

Appointment confirmations and reminders.
Follow-ups on previously expressed interest in a property or consultation.
Sharing relevant property updates or new listings.

All outbound template messages sent by Bricko are reviewed and approved by Meta Platforms. We adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy in all messaging activities. We will not send unsolicited spam.

7. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

7.1 Meta Platforms, Inc.

As a condition of using the WhatsApp Business API and WhatsApp Flows, certain data (including message metadata and phone numbers) is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. This is governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy.

7.2 Service Providers

We may use trusted third-party technology providers (e.g., cloud hosting, CRM systems) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than delivering services to us. We do not provide personally identifiable information to third-party advertisers or ad-servers without your consent.

7.3 Aggregated Analytics

We may share anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., how many users inquired about a particular locality) with internal teams to improve our service. This data cannot be used to identify any individual user.

7.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or a competent regulatory authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

All data transmitted via the WhatsApp Business API is encrypted in transit using TLS.
WhatsApp Flow form submissions are end-to-end encrypted as per Meta's specifications.
Internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices are conducted regularly.
Access to personal data is restricted to authorised Brickfolio personnel on a strict need-to-know basis, secured behind access controls and firewalls.
We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect against loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot absolutely guarantee the security of information transmitted to us. In the event of a data breach that materially affects your rights, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law.
